「A fantastic location and perfect stsy」

「Amazing stay, would 10/10 recommend」

「Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult.」

「james very friendly, check in was very fast and clear, and provided breakfast ,room was very clean and bed very comfortable, bathroom looked new and like have been refurbished, room furnished with the ingenuity of the owner, it’s great location to stay ,few minutes walk to near the sea , highly recommend staying here. and very quiet at night!」

「The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable . They in reception and in the breakfast staff were amazing and very kind.」

「An excellent location and the friendly, helpful staff make this a very nice place to stay. Also worth coming to for those looking for the English hotel experience. Grade 2 listed building, winding stairs, and lots of charm. Breakfast was included and was a nice start to the day. The bed was comfortable, and we had no issues with water pressure despite being on the top floor.」

「This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Wonderful boutique hotel. Extremely convenient and squeaky clean. Hospitality amazing. I’ll always be a repeat client.」

「Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public」

「Picture totally different from room 」

「家庭房質素好，祗是浴室較小。酒店地區近遊客區。非常方便。」

「Views of marina and ferry port are fantastic. Walking distance to city centre, coast pubs/restaurants and The Barbican region. Local shop yards from the apartment. Secure underground parking a boon - big bay too. Great base for days out to regional towns.」

「My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The environment around the hotel did not feel pleasant, with many homeless people around the area. I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes....

「We had an excellent couple of nights stay at St Mellion in one of the cottages which are so well equipped. All of the staff were super helpful - especially Jo on reception who went above and beyond to sort a few things out for us - thank you. We will be back.」
