「I booked this room through Expedia. The room I recieved, the door to get in as well as the bathroom doors were very hard to open. The bathroom door drug on the floor & really didn't shut. They told me they were booked & couldn't change my room. Night clerk wasn't friendly. The next day they found me a new room. As I booked online 8 weeks prior for that. Everything was great for our final 3 days staying here! Friendly staff, great breakfast!」

「Remodeling is taking place so there is a lot of containers in the parking lot. The room was nice, but the sink faucet had a leak and the toilet paper dispenser was held on by silicone and would fall out of the wall when toilet paper was pulled. The breakfast was better than I expected. Hopefully, once the remodeling is done, my complaints will be resolved.」

「Mold everywhere! I don’t think the bathroom had been clean from the last FEW guests… Hair and dirt everywhere, used soap in the tub. Was honestly scared to stay here, but we needed a ‘nap’ traveling to Florida. Was not worth the money for a 4 hour nap!!!!」

「The room wasn’t very clean. You could see smudges on the mirrors and tables. Everything looked very outdated and cheap. I would not recommend staying here.」

「The room was clean but there was a towel with some dried up blood hanging by the shower. It was times where i would turn the sink on and it was just hot water coming out of the faucet with no cold water. The shower water had no balance.」

「Air conditioning not good at all. Had set on the lowest setting and was hot a humid in the room the whole time. Very humid in the hallway as well. The shower sounded like it was about to take flight when it was on and the toilet ran literally all night. I’ll just pay the $150 to stay at the Hilton next time.」

「I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.」
