Millennium Hotel Rotorua
Clean room, and nice pool area. But no coffee in the room, and no hair conditioner in the shower. These might seem like small things to some, but they’re important to me. And I expect both at any hotel that is considered four stars are above.

Prince's Gate Hotel
The staff was wonderful. The room was lovely and the the bed very comfortable. We had difficulty with the heating, but the desk person came and showed us how to use it. So all was better.
