"It was a nice hotel to stay. Infrastructure looks slightly oldish and needing some care but amenities were good. It was clean, has free and easy parking, good pool, nice lobby, located next to whakarewarewa thermal village... Nothing to complain about."

"Great location, clean and convenient, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, however the only issue we had is the pool and spa are being maintained so couldn't be used but they do provide access to Polynesian Spa family pools, and parking is also under maintenance, would be good to be informed ..."
