"Staff were really good, and extremely helpful and friendly. Only gripe would be that our room was really hot although as soon as we raised the issue, it was sorted."

"Room was spacious and amenities good. I found my room very hot. Even with the window open. Also, on check out we were advised there is a ‘discretionary’ payment for the maintenance and housekeeping staff per night that didn’t sit well with me. I think you should be pre warned that you will be asked to do this as it’s quite embarrassing saying no and feels awkward that you are asked to pay towards the staff. If I want to pay housekeeping I leave money in the room. "
