"Lovely property. I thought breakfast was included, I asked, and my husband and I both heard that it was. However it was charged. We only went once. The hot breakfast was mediocre."

"At breakfast, I would have liked to have fresh fruit juices and there was no choice of how the eggs were cooked - there was only scrambled eggs. The hotel parking was extremely expensive and the nearest council car park was a good walk away."

"Everything was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed by Hassan. He was polite and he explained everything to us in a very professional manner. He is a credit to your organisation. The breakfast was great. We were given a wide selection to choose from. The location is fantastic very close to all attractions. We will be staying again with you most definitely."

"Very close to bath town centre. Only thing to be mindful is the walk up and down to town and back is very steep. May not be suitable with a pram. There are frequent buses however not far from Hotel and Uber is always another option."

"Best way to describe this property is....charming. Very nice, clean with great amenities, a great value for what we paid. Very nice and helpful staff. Location can't be beat as it's on the road between the Circle and the Royal Cresent. Easily walkable to all Bath's sights. The ONLY reason I dont give it 5 stars is that we were on the top floor and the room was stiflingly hot, even through the night. While we knew the property does not have air conditioning, the small fans in the room couldn't cut it. A small investment in a few powerful fans would help. Any other time of year this is 5 stars all the way."
