「Exceptionally clean, spacious, very comfortable!」

「It is dirty and in the middle of downtown which would be convenient if it wasn’t in the worst area. It looked as though someone was rob and there credit cards and pills bottles everywhere. The person cleaning the place was weird and seemed as though he was on some sort of drug. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. They also do not answer phone calls or return them.」

「Nice house. Kitchen well equipped, but has no counter space for preparing a meal for 7 people. Motion sensor faucet in full bath was inconvenient, but shower was good. Keurig coffee maker quit working. After our granddaughter locked us out of all the bedrooms, the owner brought keys to unlock them. Very nice of them. Location close to fireworks view from Grandview park.」

「Perfect space for our family. Excellent communication regarding Pitt Marathon Weekend allowed us to plan our activities. Easy walk to Acrisure Stadium and north shore restaurants. Beautiful views of the city.」

「The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....
