"I cannot say enough, good things about this hotel. The free shuttle to in front of the airport was great. the friendly staff went above and beyond to help answer all of our questions the easy access to Mall of America did not even require us to take the shuttle even though we could. It had a walkway right across the street that led right into the mall. Restaurants very close but for breakfast you don’t even need to leave the hotel because it was more than enough! Rooms were very clean and the occasional airplane sound never bothered us at all! The price was very economical compared to other hotels in the area and they are no closer than this one to the mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anybody coming to Minneapolis! "

"The air conditioning was too cold and we didn’t see the thermostat because our vision is not good. No one was available to help us with how to turn it down."

"This hotel is always our go to in Minneapolis when we visit friends. The rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent for the kids in the family and the breakfast is a huge value add. We participated in the afternoon cocktail hour this trip and want to thank ES for that little perk. Well done! Looks like the hotel is getting a refresh soon as they were showcasing some interior design project boards near the lobby. This hotel is convenient to attractions, outdoor activities, groceries, etc. The staff is super friendly and we will be back for another stay soon."

"Great location if you plan on hanging around the mall. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only complaint was the mattress on the bed could use replacement. Never heard outside noise in room. Will stay again if going to be in this area "
