Beach club food was sub par and riddled with birds that swooped on food constantly. Prices overall for food and drinks were way too expensive compared to other hotels in the Khao Lak area. Housekeeping looked understaffed and took until a call to reception at 5.40pm to get the room serviced. Didn’t hate the place but I’m sure I won’t be going back.」
