「Very nice room. Ideal if you're catching a ferry to the islands because the terminal is 2 minutes walk. Only problem is if you have a car. There is no parking despite what their publicity on Hotels.com claims.」

「We were not able to stay here. The host was unavailable and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this to any one. We ended up get a different to stay after checking 4 other place. Last at night and very stressful after a long day of driving. I would like to request that I be refunded for the total amount I paid」

「You must call the owner for instructions before arrival. Otherwise the room is great value for the price」

「We had an excellent stay at Al Castello! Paolo was a magnificent host, with excellent restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!」

「Host prepared us coffees, very nice, close to harbor/ferry.」

「Tutto perfetto!!」

「Very clean, great views and superb location. Loved our time there 🤗❤️❤️❤️」

「We had an excellent stay the property was super cute and the staff were so helpful. We really appreciated all the small features and amenities that made it so homey and comfortable. The shower was awesome! Would highly recommend booking here 😊」

「Palazzo Bibbi is wonderful! A boutique hotel with superb new rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff. The Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi is not too far away - a kilometre-long pedestrian thoroughfare with lovely shops, restaurants and bars to while away the night. The plus for me was the nearby station - not necessarily the loveliest, but a god-send when I had to make a quick get away in the morning. Palazzo Bibbi is a rare gem of luxury - to which I will return in the coming years.」
