Excellence Suite
Nice room, good size, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Lacks storage space as only a wardrobe in the room. Rooms supposedly soundproof but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Hotel Artemide
Breakfast was amazing, staff bent over backwards for us. Tv wasn’t working one evening, called desk & a staff member knocked on our door 5min later, fixed our problem in 5 min…. US could learn a bit about service from you guys …. Thank you!
