What can I say? Silvia is a gem. From the time of booking the property she was in contact with me. She answered my questions and gave me more useful information for our short stay. On our arrival she was there to greet us and we were so welcomed. She chatted to us like old friends and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Our room was the blue room and it was beautiful, clean and comfortable. From Kandinski prints to seasonal (artificial) flowers in the bedroom and beautiful bathroom just made things so homely. Silvia has thought of everything a traveller would need, so there is no need to bring everything including the kitchen sink- which happens to be in the shared fully equipped kitchen, including tea, coffee biscuits and sweeties! Truly spoilt. Like I said Silvia has thought of everything it is home from home. She is such a kind and helpful host. This property is walking distance from lots of the main attractions. We walked everywhere much to the locals amusement! I would recommend this property 100% and will definitely be booking again. Thank you :-)

Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless.

Place is a spitting distance from Vatican Museum entrance, well connected by buses and less than 10 min. walk to the metro station. Very responsive and helpful host, providing helpful tips and directions even before the arrival. If you need something that is missing, you just ask. There is some street noise intruding at night, but it is already being addresssed by soon to be replaced noise-insulated windows. Kitchen is fully stocked for simple meal preparations from scratch and you even get a choice of espresso or filtered coffee, whatever you fancy, Bathroom is clean, room service at reasonable intervals, if you stay longer. Sharing the kitchen is no problem for anybody with minimus social skills. Very good value for the money.

This guest house is literally a stone’s throw away from the Vatican. It is easy to get around to food and shopping. The owner is very meticulous about your comfort during your stay. She makes sure everything is available for you. There is a shared kitchen if you prefer not to eat out all the time. Because of its location, it is easy to walk to some of the most famous sites.
