Room was exactly as described and showed in pictures. Front desk Lady was extremely helpful in answering all questions I had. Very walkable. We’re already planning to come back and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend

Nice receptionist, room was ok - it is not like the pictures, which must have been taken when it was first opened or good photoshop. The shower is a little tired and the cleanliness was just ok. There was hair on the floor and a lot of dust on the headboard. But the shower pressure was good and bed comfy so it was good for the price in Rome.

Room was clean and the staff were nice but there is nothing luxury about these rooms. They are very basic. Bed and pillows were hard.

The bedsheets were not changed daily. I noticed because I had actually seen a stain on the bedsheets that appeared to be blood on our second day. When we came back to the hotel and our room was “cleaned” the next day, the stain was still in the same spot. On our second day we showered twice because it was hot and humid outside. Our towels were not changed. I asked the staff for new towels and was told that they don’t typically change the towels on the second day. I have never been told that the towels wouldn’t be changed on the second day, especially in a climate where you will be sweating. Overall, the staff were helpful however the hotel needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Around 20-25 min walk to main tourist area in Rome. You can take bus or taxi (we noticed taxi rate on Uber app is more expansive than grabbing a taxi on the street.) This property is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building. No sign outside the building so we had difficulties in finding it. Room is just so-so compared with hotel standard. Pillow and bed sheets are not that comfortable, a bit rough. Area is a more high-end and safe residential area - lots of local dining options nearby. Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

Our stay at River Luxury Suites was a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Karla Flores was such a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. She truly made us feel at home and added so much warmth to our visit. We truly enjoyed our time there and would be delighted to return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay!

River Luxury Suites was wonderful. She was very nice and stayed in touch with us regarding the room, our arrival/check in and assisted in getting transportation to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
