Prati Home was a lovely oasis in a quiet neighborhood that was even better than expected. We had three people in my group and we got a top floor corner unit with a wrap-around balcony resplendent with planted flowers and lovely view of surrounding trees, historic buildings, and other apartment units with balcony gardens. The suite unit had 3 comfortable beds for us, hardwood floors, modern bathroom, small kitchenette, a handy glass table, and even a small tv for when we rested in between sightseeing and just wanted some Italian tv on in the background. It was decorated in a lightly Japanese style with nice prints and sliding wooden closet doors. Note to Americans: you'll get plenty of shampoo and shower gel but hair conditioner is not a usual bathroom amenity. The proprietor was very responsive and helpful - gave us a great recommendation for nearby gelato and arranged an airport transfer.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was secure and in a very pleasant residential area. It is 10 minutes walk from the Metro and there are a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was quiet and peaceful, yet gives easy access of the bustling city centre. Our host was very pleasant, helpful and responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying there.

Clean and quiet room with everything needed for kitchen. Great location, nice walk along the river towards Vatican City and other main attraction areas. Communication through WhatsApp made check in and getting questions answered easy. Room very comfortable, great size aircon as well as an a balcony and windows so good temperature. supermarket within minutes walk, subway only 10min walk.

L hébergement est spacieux et propre, tout les jours le service de ménage est réalisé. Bien placé bon quartier Par contre certaines améliorations peuvent être apportées comme l équipements du balcon pour pouvoir en profiter, mettre à disposition le minimum de cuisine comme du sel, poivre, thé, sucre, café, confiture( même Adagio le fait), rendre accessible les ustensiles de cuisine parce que à plus de 2m de hauteur même avec un escabeau je n' ai pas pu y accéder, mettre le micro ondes indiqué sur les équipements même après l avoir demandé je ne l'ai pas eu, les gels douche et shampooing sont de mauvaise qualité

Overall the place was really good. Just a couple of hiccups. It was advertised as having a furnished balcony, very important to us. It was not. We brought dining chairs out for 2 days then the manger brought us a table and two chairs. Kitchen cleaning is not part of housekeeping, which is fine but we had to ask for soap and a sponge to do our dishes. The area is very safe and the grocery one block away was perfect. The manager booked a car for us to return to the airport, it was so helpful. We would stay again.
