Great location and excellent service

The room and service was very good. The only recommendation I would make would be to remove the lounge and put 2 comfort chairs in the room with a small table. Thank you for all your efforts to assist us in our needs

SCENDI IN PIAZZA DI SPAGNA

Tutto adorabile dalla stanza in perfetto ordine e pulita alla ragazza che abbiamo incontrato alla ricezione. Molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli in un office perchè la stanza non pronta ed inoltre l'ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato delle chiavi di cortesia per permetterci di recuperare i bagagli la sera per non farceli portare insieme. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Metro, auch der Bus ist gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und typisch italienisch in einem kleinen Café um die Ecke.

The location was good. The room was clean and remodeled but It didn’t say it was Airbnb rather than the hotel. The building was old and the elevator older! And hard to move the baggage’s up.

Nice apartment spacious clean very new. staff was also very nice friendly and helpful. the hotel was located right on the spanish steps good location close to metro. only one issue we had to carry the bags to the rooms had a lot of stairs and also a little difficult to find the hotel

Super beliggenhed MEGET tæt ved den spanske trappe. Super lækkert værelse, sødt personale. Morgenmad på den nærliggende Il Baretto. Eneste ulempe var meget lyt på værelserne, Vi troede ind imellem vinduet stod åbent, da trafikstøj kunne være intens. Heldigvis lå det på bagsiden af Piazza Espagne, så ikke et område med voldsom trafik.

a nice place with 5 rooms, clean, quiet, pleasant and in a great location - right next to the piazza di spagna. close to the via del corso street, everything is within a walking distance. the breakfast is at a nice place next to the hotel and overall very diverse. the only thing that make it a 4 for us is the extra pay for check in late (after 20:00 is 25 euro and after 22:00 is 50 euro!) we paid for the night so why is the extra? Beside that - the people there are great, help us with some tips and where very kind.
