Too far from the path

Great room but way too out of the way from the metro. The distances presented are deceiving as it is quite a walk with kids from the metro station. Also the walk to and from the metro is disturbing. Horrible smells and creepy area.

Our first encounter with Giuseppe was wonderful. He was very helpful and even showed us a cafe where he treated us to a croissant and espresso - a great welcome to Rome. Our room was clean and housekeeping was great - we needed a new set of towels and they were quick to get those to us. The only issue was the size of the room and shower (a little small for my husband who is a bigger athlete). Great gelato around the corner and lots of really amazing pasta within 2 min walk. The staff was very friendly and answered texts immediately when I asked a question. They sent us recommendations for food that delicious and very cheap. Also , the hotel was very close to the Vatican Museums, which is where we wanted to be for our first two days visiting Rome. This was a fantastic hotel with great service.

Posizione abbastanza buona, vicina a mezzi pubblici. Check in facile e veloce, host molto disponibili. Locale bello, manca un po’ di cura e dettagli nelle camere. Attenzione alla pulizia, di due set asciugamani uni era inutilizzabile in quanto erano presenti macchie di sangue in un asciugamano e un grumo di polvere e capelli in un altro dei tre. Nel complesso esperienza positiva anche se su alcune cose si può migliorare e prestare più attenzione
