聖母大殿旁交通便利

離特米尼火車站很近，在聖母大殿門前，附近有hop on，房間床中間凹陷，強烈建議花15-30歐升等套房，房間大很多且視覺優良，早餐蔬菜少，每天都一樣，麵包種類豐富，沒有水煮蛋與煎蛋需要額外加價，其餘應該都還不錯

愉快的住宿体验

酒店经营有二十多年，装修得古色古香，颇具意大利气质。位置很好，离火车站2个block，紧邻圣母大教堂。豪华房风景很美。80+80cm宽的床，欧洲标准。早餐很丰盛。工作人员非常有礼貌，服务不错，帮我们预定了接机出租车。我们一共住了4晚，下次有机会还会入住。

房價優惠&地點不錯的老飯店

Mecenate Palace Hotel是一家四星的老飯店,從Termini車站步行約5-10分鐘. 飯店人員很熱心,也免費幫我們保管行李! 在飯店頂樓吃早餐,可以欣賞羅馬的天際線是不錯的體驗. 這次有一間房間訂到套房,裝潢很豪華,內部有一間小客廳再來才是房間,隔音不錯.

Location is good. Breakfast venue is with good view. Staff in the roof top restaurant are professional. However, there is no escalator for apartments. House-keeping forgot to replace bath towel one day. The most disappointed was that we stayed there for 4 nights. After that, we needed to go other cities for a few nights before flying out from Rome. The hotel refused us to keep 2 pieces of luggages at the hotel which gave us a big headache to bring them with us all the way. And the staff addressed our question was not polite (a bit rude I would say).

Very helpful staffs and nice room. Convenient location with 10 mins walk to Rome terminal station. Nice view for breakfast in the rooftop restaurant but not much food selection.

鄰近火車站，酒店內部裝飾比較古舊但有電梯，房間不是很大。早餐非常非常好，食物種類多、美味、咖啡也很好，於酒店天台進餐環境優美。值得留意城市税為6歐晚/人。

Poor Service, Poor Arrangement,Poor Staff attitude

The Reception staff attitude is rude. Non-Helpful!!!!! We have booked 2 night for this hotel. At the first day when we arrive, the reception said all the room at main building of the hotel are full, he arranged another building's room to us. And I can say that building is totally unacceptable, it cannot be described as a HOTEL, I can say it can just be described as a staff hostel (No Reception, No Escalator, The room and Corridor is very old, also I can see a lot of hotel staff and worker was in and out in this building, the bath room is very very dirty, I have attached the photo of the bathtub! A lot of Red Dot on the bathtub! Horrible!!! ).And we then go back to the reception and said we need to exchange the room and want the room in the main building of the hotel, the reception just said "No Room Available",we have no choice then, we still need to stay at that room for the 1st night. Actually we cannot sleep well for the whole night. At next day morning, we go to reception again and request for changing back the room to the hotel main building, the reception staff is not the night shift one this time and he accepted our request. The room on at the main building is much much better. And then I ask the day shift reception that why the night shift reception will arrange us to a "unacceptable hotel room" yesterday, their answer is "I don't know" but not "No room available". I really want to complain that night shift reception staff. What I can think is he discriminate Asian

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location to/from the Rome Termini was great for walking without need for additional transportation needs. Mecenate location was close to shops, restaurants, including a jump onto the subway down the street on the same block was beneficial. The Roof restaurant and bar area was a great space to enjoy.

Loved everything about this Hotel. We were here years ago and it’s still charming ,classy, vintage with a modern twist. Breakfast is very varied and tasty. Rooftop restaurant is breathtaking. Rooms are so cozy and clean not to mention quiet with great views. Great location . The staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Honestly I can’t say enough about this little gem in Trastevere Rome. The neighborhood and offers many choices in restaurants and is lovely to walk around. Would return in a heartbeat. Ciao

Nice hotel. Service oriented, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the terraced bar, where we also had our breakfast. The hotel probably could do with some updating. Very convenient: 5 minutes from Roma’s main train station. Restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Walkable to many of the historical sites.

This was my second time staying here and I highly recommend it. The location is perfect and close to the train and cafes and shopping. The staff are wonderful. I always choose a room with a view which is spectacular and is the cherry on top. The breakfast is the best and the staff like Jenny are so friendly and make you feel like family. I will definitely stay there again!
