I stayed 3 nights in the executive single. The neighborhood is great. Lots of amenities nearby. The metro is a 8 minute walk (the property is uphill). The building is very nice and secure. There are several “B&B’s” in the building. The check in was easy. And the room was clean. The photos of the hotel make it look much bigger than it is. There are triple pain, windows that block out most of the outside noise. However, the walls in this place are paper thin. You could hear everything from your neighbors. My room was between two rooms. In the three nights, I was there every room turned over to someone new the next day. The building is old and the doors are heavy wood. As someone else in the reviews mentioned, they really need to upgrade the key system to electronic. Because between the slamming of the doors and the clanking of the heavy keys, it creates a lot of extra noise, especially at night. Two of the nights I had neighbors who came in late and were quite loud. I would suggest a white noise app for a good night sleep. Although it was noisy, it was a great deal in a very expensive city.

It's a 6 room property and the rooms are very comfortable. They also let you adjust the ac to any temperature. Only issue is the on property person is there for 4 hours a day.

The directions for check-in were clear and concise. The room was nice, comfortable with a few nice amenities like beer and sundries. The only issue I had was the noise level. The water system makes a very loud and disruptive noise for faucet, shower, and toilet. In addition, noise carries in the lobby and there were guests who returned to their room after midnight. We woke up several times for the lobby noise and the noise of the water system.

Kleine, zweckmäßige Zimmer mit durchschnittlicher Ausstattung, Bett war etwas durchgelegen, sonst war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist gut geeignet wenn man tagsüber viel unterwegs ist und etwas sucht, wo man preiswert die Nacht verbringen kann, und dabei immer noch ein gewisses Maß an Komfort, aber auch keinen Luxus haben möchte. Lage ist in Ordnung, fußläufig (ca. 15-20min) vom Roma Termini entfernt, einige Restaurants in der Nähe, fußläufig sind‘s ca 30min bis zu den einschlägigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Check-In und Check-Out laufen vollkommen selbstständig per Schlüsselbox und waren sehr unkompliziert und angenehm, Interaktion mit dem Personal gibts daher nur zufällig oder wenn nötig. Die Rezeption ist die meiste Zeit unbesetzt, dafür gibts bei Anliegen eine WhatsApp-Nummer. Ich persönlich hatte keine Anliegen oder Fragen, sodass mich das nicht gestört hat.

The property was everything that was described. Very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. No staff on site besides in the mornings for cleaning. Check in instructions were very easy.

This is a self service facility. There are no staff to help you in person. They communicate via WhatsApp. They texted me a PDF with a string of instructions and code to get in the building when you arrive. I wasn't expecting having to stand outside reading a pdf on my phone to figure out how to get in the building and the room. Specially after a long train ride and walk in 95 degree weather. The room and the building are nice though. Just don't expect any service.

Hospedagem bem localizada no centro de Roma. O hall de entrada para os quartos necessita de um arquiteto de interiores, mas os quartos são descentes e confortáveis. Há muitas opções de alimentação próximas, além de atrações turísticas.
