Great location near Termini Station. The room was calm, comfortable, and quiet with no noise issues. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the breakfast needs improvement in terms of quality and variety.
The staff is increible, they take the time to help, explain and give tips on places to go, transportation and where to eat. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Well located to find public transportation and move around the city.
What a wonderful hotel. We stayed there overnight when we first arrived in Rome and then again for 2 nights later in our trip. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and appreciated. We loved the atmosphere as well, of staying in such an historic building. Thank you.
The hotel is very clean and has beautiful arch brick details in the dining area. Breakfast was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The room has air conditioning and they leave a travel toothbrush and toothpaste along with shower gels and soap.
But the beds are very firm. And we only got one pillow each so hard to prop up and read or watch tv.
Friendly concierges made us feel very welcome & gave us a fabulous room. Top floor with a balcony!!
Room was very well appointed and clean, credit must be given to the housekeeping team
Nice hotel in a (what I understand) residential area. The room was cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful. There were 2 big supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. It was about 20 min walk to Termini but some streets on a way did not seem "friendly".
Nice friendly hotel. I’ve been coming here for nine years and two of the clerks recognize me! Breakfast is great and the fresh made coffee to order is a plus. You also have the option of a coffee machine.

The bed and pillows are uncomfortable.
The area is not too far from central station.
Staffs are friendly.
The breakfast is not bad.
For a budget hotel I was really impressed. Staff all very helpful, excellent customer service. Gave us good recommendations for food. Lovely street with fab restaurants round the corner. We had no problem getting where we needed in the evening. We weren’t doing the usual tourist stuff so we went for a more local vibe. We walked and got the train/tram Roma- giardinetti which was not far from S. Bibiana stop. Termini took us about 19 mins walk according to my garmin from getting off the train. Breakfast was really good I wasn’t expecting so much choice but was great. Ideal for a one night stay. Would probably go for a more luxury option if I was staying longer or wanted to be more central. But perfect for our needs on this trip. Staff were excellent.
We have stayed in this area before 20 plus years ago, still excellent for dinning options. There must be 10 options (some right outside the hotel) and all extremely close.
The breakfast as the hotel was beyond expectations as well. The room was basic but clean, and lots of fresh towels. Wifi was fast.
Would stay here again
We had a very pleasany stay at Hotel Laurentia. The room was spacious and the hotel feels newly renovated. It is also conveniently located close to Termini. What made the hotel really stand out was the amazing service we received from the staff.

The rooms are very small and the beds are not comfortable. The breakfast was ok.
Rooms were clean and large enough for the two of us. Not too far from the train station, walkable but a bit of a hike. The hotel was a little further from the downtown area than we expected but easy enough to get around if you don’t mind walking.
I have stayed here 8-9 times here over the past 8 years. Leandro and Alessandro recognize me every time now! The morning breakfast is great, the staff is attentive, and the hotel has the charm of bygone days.
There are plenty of restaurants around the area and the Termini station is only a five minute taxi ride away.
Inside hotel and it’s service is very good. Outside environment is not great. Thanks

Staff really helpful and friendly, and breakfast was reasonable. The hotel is quite dated but the room was comfortable and clean and was a good base to explore Rome for the price we paid. The area around the hotel looks a bit run down but it feels safe and really comes alive in the evening with a good choice of restaurants and bars.
Expedia says check in is 12pm, its actually 2pm.
We stayed in a 4 bed room and again Expedia said there was a fridge in the room which was incorrect - no fridge.
The advertised air con in rooms is centrally controlled by the hotel, and we found it to be very inadequate in August and the reason we have given the hotel a 3 star rating.
