Very good location for walking around the city. Also right next to the Metro. The breakfast is good but there is only one breakfast option that I’m aware of. You can ask for a drink along with your food I always had Hot chocolate and Cappuccino. It is a bread/pastry, yogurt, and toast.

Giorgia was very helpful with providing all the information we would need for check in. The room was clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. The variety of food provided for breakfast was great, and having it delivered to our room was very convenient. We have a wonderful stay.

The property is comfortable and well-maintained, and breakfast was really nice. The staff was responsive and friendly. The biggest down side is that hot water for the shower was difficult to come by (more miss than hit).

It’s was the dirtiest place I’ve ever booked during the 20 years. Disgusting smell came from the garbage under the terrace and from the toilet. Because the building is very old and pipes are not clean. There are no windows in the room. Also there was constant noise from the compressor condenser unit beside the terrace. On the terrace there is a mold everywhere. This property is not only terrible, but has an unsanitary conditions. They have another rooms, I don’t know what conditions are there. But they could not give us another one. I disappointed very much.

Giorgio was lovely to deal with. She communicated well throughout our stay through WhatsApp getting us to the hotel and entering. We stayed 2 nights and we had to change rooms for the second night due to a renovation in our room. We were a little apprehensive of leaving our luggage in the room with the door unlocked the next morning while we went on a tour. Our luggage was placed in the second room the next day when it was ready and the key was put in a safe place for us to obtain when we arrived back very late from our day. Breakfast was served to your room. Different than what we are used to but it was coffee, juice, chocolate and a plain croissant and yogurt. Suited us for a quick bite before going out. She also helped us get to the airport. Thanks again Giorgio. You are the best.

Not so good

The location was great. I think the host had to provide the self check in instruction in the way any guests feel convenient. It was shear luck that I was able to check in. The place is not worth for the money that I paid. Three twin beds were put in a small room. I expected more than that with the price I paid.

We enjoyed our stay so much, I would stay jere again if i ever returned to Rome. The staff, especially Giorgia, were extremely nice and helpful. She answered all my questions from the day i booked to when i left. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Great place to stay! Convenient to the train station and we were able to walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Pantheon. Clean, quiet and breakfast was amazing. Check in was a breeze—great communication throughout as our arrival plans changed a few times. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.
