Struttura bellissima con affaccio sul lago, stanza molto bella, arredata in stile moderno con ogni comfort. Ottima colazione dolce e salata. E' presente posto auto gratuito. Personale cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca non ho amato il materasso poco rigido per il resto molto consigliato.

Hotel wirkt heruntergewirtschaftet Es offensichtlich schon besser Tage gesehen. Es gibt viele renovierungsbedürftige Stellen im Zimmer und auf der Terasse. Die Pflanzen auf der Terasse sind vertrocknet. Der Anspruch ein 4-Sterne Hotel zu sein ist Wunschdenken!

Pessima qualità....promesse invitanti realtà da pensione di ultima categoria. Non c'è corrispondenza minima con le foto... pensavamo di aver sbagliato hotel. E quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare si è presentato con venti euro in mano (che poi neanche ci ha ridato)

Fuga d'Amore in un posto spettacolare!!!

Un posto semplicemente spettacolare, accogliente,tranquillo,curato e allo stesso tempo molto raffinato dal quale si gode di una vista mozzafiato sul lago meravigliosa,con personale molto cordiale.Peccato averci passato solo una notte lo consiglio a tutti.

Ottima posizione sul lago, ma senza collegamenti

Peccato, una occasione persa. Una locanda di lusso, ottime finiture, posizione eccellente sul lago, ma camera sotto le aspettative. Nella mia non era possibile stare in piedi: troppo bassa e senza finestre, salvo un lucernario nel bagno e uno nella camera che, se aperto, fa entrare foglie sul letto. Per avere aria ci si affida a un pessimo sistema di condizionamento. La doccia va fatta seduti. Inoltre, ci si dimentichi di passeggiare, perché la posizione sul lago inganna. Per raggiungere il lago bisogna percorrere una strada pericolosa. Speravo di meglio, visto il prezzo non certamente economico. Il personale è puntuale e a disposizione, le finiture sono di pregio, ma io vorrei anche non rischiare di sbattere con la testa sulle travi. E poi la impossibilità di uscire senza auto!

Nice location

Beautiful area overlooking lake Albano, and hotel has many things going for it. Not a place to be if you don't have a car. I wish I'd known the restaurant was closed the night I went. Empty when I was there, and dark - I tripped and fell trying to find the (timed) light switch in the dark hallway in the evening. Staff was friendly, but you need to speak Italian.

Suggestiva posizione dominante il lago.

Stanza al piano terra fredda e umida nonostante i 20 °C del periodo. Il bagno ampio e ben arredato ha come problematica la doccia che avendo il piatto a bordi bassi lascia tracimare l'acqua nella stanza e poi il box non è certo a tenuta. Mi ha lasciato perplesso il prato sintetico e la colazione "continentale" non è certo l'optimum per coloro che hanno problemi di zuccheri. Debbo riconoscere la cortesia e l'affabilità dei titolari.

Great place!

Great Hotel overlooking the lake! Can understand why the Pope spends his summers in the region. The only downside to the hotel was the shower head being extremely low (chest height) and that the water leaked over the floor. Other than that it was an excellent experience and lovely people at the hotel!
