Alex was great and very helpful. They were very keen to help make the stay better for us. They were very charming to work with. They treated us like family in such good ways. Only issue was the shower surging from hot to cool water and back again throughout the shower process.

The room did not look at all like the picture. I did not get breakfast. Check-in was not convenient. I had a long wait ~30-40 minutes. They had to walk me to the property. It might not be that long but after flying overnight and walking all day I was exhausted and all I wanted was to go to my room.

Die veröffentlichten Bilder der Unterkunft, mit denen geworben wird, entsprechen leider nicht der Realität. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Zimmer war eine nicht schön. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer sind viel zu klein, eng und sehr heruntergekommen. Das Bett ist sehr ungemütlich. Das Bad ist eine Zumutung: Es gibt Schimmel, das warme Wasser braucht sehr lange, bis es kommt, und die Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht richtig. Auch der Zimmerservice könnte deutlich besser sein. Wir mussten mehrfach selbst darauf hinweisen, dass Dinge erledigt werden sollten, anstatt dass dies von selbst gemacht wurde. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück besteht lediglich aus einem Kaffee, einem Croissant und einem Saft. Für alles Weitere muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden, was wir auch tun mussten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Roma-Termini-Station entfernt.
