Très bon hôtel, personne sympathique et attentionné. La zone (le quartier) par contre est vétuste , très ancien, vieillot.

Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice.

This was horrible from the time we checked in till the time we left. Man at the front desk was abusive, loud and rude. Our room had a broken AC and the temperature in the room was unbearable. He told us there were no other rooms available but when we pushed back we got a room with working AC. I called a taxi to take us into Rome and when he found out he screamed at me telling me he was the only one to call taxis to the hotel. Upon checking out I asked for a receipt showing no charges had been made to the room and he flat out refused to give me any proof. I pushed back and demanded a bill showing $0 balance but he continued to refuse. I spoke with the general manager but he was totally unhelpful. Guests in the lobby witnessed the rude, loud and inappropriate behavior And told me their party of 55 had the same type of rude encounters and had complained to the general manager about the front desk behavior but found out A man at the front desk and the GM are best of friends, so nothing was done. There was a $16 tax of some sort I had to pay when checking out. He turned the credit card machine towards me and I put my credit card in and he scolded me shouted and grabbed the machine and pulled it back and told me I was not supposed to put the card in yet. Admonished like a child. Nothing but rudeness, abrasiveness and made to feel like they didn't want us there. Made to feel very uncomfortable and unwanted. For the price we paid, should get a refund.

Average hotel for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free onsite parking is a huge plus. Room was a bit worn - e.g., scratch marks on the walls, shower wasn't the best. Location is fine - about a 15m walk to two metro stations. Didn't try e.g., breakfast or other onsite food/drink options. Overall - fine experience for the price.

I think you have this hotel marked as 4 star. At best room facilities and breakfast are 3 star. Hairdryer is from the arc and no hot food on offer, only continental. Staff were friendly and helpful.
