Hotel was in a beautiful location right on the lake. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely need insect repellent because of the lush vegetation everywhere.

Heaven on earth

The most amazing location right on the lake, with a gorgeous view of the lake from our room. The grounds were amazing and covered in flowers. It was like heaven on earth!

Free breakfast was amazing. Mini bar prices were a bit steep but I should have checked beforehand. This place is more of a wedding venue than a hotel, so be warned it may be pretty loud during your stay. Parking was fine most nights except for one where the lot was full but the owner was able to accommodate and find a spot for the car. Free breakfast was amazing, and the views were fantastic. Staff was pleasant and helpful. 9/10

Fabulous View, Friendly Owner, Great Hotel

This is a wonderful little hotel overlooking the lake. Our room was small but lovely and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately, they were having their kitchen redone so the front entrance, lobby, bar and dining room were closed. Luckily, they had recently built a glass enclosed banquet room which overlooks the lake. We had our wonderful breakfasts there and could sit there for cocktails or coffee. Giorgio, the owner, is delightful. He was quite friendly and very accommodating. This is definitely a destination you don’t want to miss.

Beautiful setting right on the lake. The room we had the toilet leaked and it had not be cleaned properly as there was pubic hairs .The shower head needed cleaning and descaling we had to clean it to be able to shower and it was not in a good condition and needs repairs. The bed was so uncomfortable . The windows needed cleaning. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel by the lake. The view was absolutely stunning — perfect for relaxing and soaking in nature. The area is quiet and calm, ideal for anyone looking to unwind. My room was very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff: incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Wo the hotel or your fav tailor it even more!

Excellent location

Excellent location, stunning views of the lake, pleasantly peaceful and tranquil compared to the frantic hustle and bustle of central Rome. A great place to stay for a long weekend. A short 15 to 20 minute taxi ride from ciampino or 40 mins from Fumancino.

Staff was not very attentive. They acted like we were an inconvenience. The handle of our hotel room door came off in our hand twice before they moved us to a smaller room. They had an event at the hotel the evening that we stayed there with a live band located about 100 ft from our room that played until 12:20am with crowds continuing to disperse until 2am outside our room in the parking area 20 ft from our room. We were travelling so needed sleep & this loud stay should have been disclosed to us beforehand with the option to cancel. When mentioned to the staff the next morning they acted like it was no big deal. Very disappointed. Worst stay while in Italy!

De ligging is fantastisch, prachtige oleanders en met een stalen trap tussen het riet door naar het meer. Schoon helder zwemwater, stenen bodem. De accomodatie als zodanig is gedateerd maar wel goed onderhouden. De mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk!

This is truly a hidden gem and well appreciated after staying in other locations with many tourists. The dining nearby was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend if you have time before or after a flight into Rome vs. staying in the city.

Esperienza molto positiva.Ottima posizione della struttura..anche se un po datata,andrebbe a mio parere data una rinfrescata ai locali comuni..per il resto si avverte un aria molto familiare, le stanze curate nei minimi particolari, vista mozzafiato sul lago,ottima colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.
