The location is good and the property is equivalent to a three star hotel. The room was clean although showing its age. The breakfast that was included in the room price was not great. It’s a buffet style and if you’ve ever stayed in the USA at a Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn, you’ll understand what to expect.

We had a good stay! The room and washroom was clean, and we got daily housekeeping. Kettle in room was convenient. Breakfast was not great and beds unfortunately were quite hard.

Staff was great- but- jacuzzi took 8+ hours to heat, we were told 2. heated towel rack did not work. shower pressure too low, shower products cheap, only plastic cups in room, no glasses, Refridge only holds drinks they provided, we could not control temperature in the room, when asked to correct it still stayed too hot. my wife had to sleep in the living room area with the windows open . Edna at the desk was a great help for everything. It just seemed like the room had not been checked out prior to our check-in. breakfast buffet was good. Edna did send up a bottle of champagne for the inconvenience we had.
