We had a quick layover in Rome and this hotel was perfect. We could see the fountain from our room! It was centrally located so we could see the main sites quickly. I was also surprised at the lovely breakfast we were served! I was expecting espresso and croissant!

Lovely hotel with history and charm. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place this is not for you but if you want a room in a perfect location, right in front of the famous Trevi Fountain then this is perfect. The staff are friendly and inviting. Loved staying here.

My room was clean and quiet. I took my breakfast elsewhere, but the aperitivo with the view of the fountain was very nice. The concierge gave me great help with laundry services and a taxi to the airport

A very enjoyable stay

The hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice available. The locality of the hotel was superb- right outside the Trivia Fountain, with street markets on your doorstep.

Hotel Fontana is literally 10 small steps to Trevi fountain it is an old convent building which was great for us It is in a super location with hustle and bustle All the restaurants are at your convenience the restaurant for breakfast is small but perfect with amazing views of the Trevi fountain The staff are very thorough and helpful and always smiling almost like family I cannot fault this place

We had bad luck and our rooms took an extra hour before it’s ready at 3pm. It’s an average 2 star hotel. Personnel is friendly and they clean/ change the towels everyday (we stayed 2 nights). The hotel is really in front of the Trevi fountain, and it’s always crowded, even at 6am. City tax is €12 and you can only pay cash.

The hotel is amazing! The view of the fountain is perfect with a rooftop bar which served beautiful wine and breakfast. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful as a tourist. I will definitely stay again.
