Continental breakfast really good. Staff lovely. Property tired and dated but clean. 30 minute walk to Colosseum. 5 min walk to buses which now do tap and go with contactless card. We used google maps to help navigate and had a great weekend.

In dire need of maintenance work (broken shower door, ill fitting shower curtain blocking the plughole, peeling wallpaper in the bedroom), but great breakfast, lovely staff and ever so helpful.

Ok for a city break

Room was small but ok - clean but a little dated. Bathroom was a wet room - only problem that when you took a shower it leaked through into the bedroom ( bathroom door and skirting were all rotten as a result. Continental Breakfast was good - great selection. Location was ok for seeing the city - about 10 mins to nearest metro station.

It was really nice hotel the only thing is the older gentleman at the reception desk around late evening was just extremely aggressive as he knew me and I’ve done something to him. But yeah aside that great stay with good breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is in need of a good cleaning especially the main lobby/ kitchen area. Beds are uncomfortable, and the rooms facing the main road are very noisy, due to the busy road. Not an ideal location for anyone looking to get to the busy neighbourhoods in Roma.

Overall, the staff was friendly but I was disappointed with the bathroom. The shower space was too small, could barely move my body so that should be made bigger. There was no facilities like gym, swimming pool, etc. The area around the property is very dull with busses being far to walk to.

We just stayed at Hotel Cilicia and thought I would share my experience for any future travellers going there the lobby of the hotel nice and clean and overall the room it self was clean however if you request to have your room cleaned they don’t do a great job other than making your bed and giving you fresh towels. We had a junior suite which was great for our family as there is two separate rooms with a door so it was great that my daughter had her own private room, the room is very dated and definitely needs some work we did have issues with our toilet not flushing and I read a lot of reviews that people said the shower was small but in our room we did not have a small shower in fact the bathroom was very spacious, overall if you have 3 people staying in the junior suite it was a perfect size, beds very uncomfortable, service from the staff many are very rude unless you go there and can speak the language good luck they don’t speak very well English we had breakfast included which we ate there pretty much every morning simple nothing to fancy but served its purpose, location wasn’t bad if your good with walking everywhere it’s not bad and we felt safe walking in the area and if you need to take a taxi it’s about $15 euros (depending on the taxi and the route they take) to get the to coliseum and about $50-60 euros to the airport. In my opinion I would not stay here again and I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Friendly clean Rome city hotel with parking

Excellent location close enough to walk to main tourist sites but with parking (huge plus!) Extremely helpful reception desk and on the right side of city for Rome Fiumicino airport. Very clean, friendly and has a bar for a cool drink after a long walk
