The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit small by American standards. The location is great, as many tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are also great restaurants nearby.

Hotel was good in a decent area. A bit challenging to get around sometimes, especially at night. The pool area was okay but left a bit to be desired and making reservations was something I didn’t expect.

Good location 10 min walk to Roma Termini station, which gets you to the FCO airport within 30-40 mins. Great swimming pool and spa facility. Really firm bed for a side sleeper. No robes or slippers.

The stay was good but the space was a little cramped up. The entrance to where we were staying was a little off the main hotel and the elevator was tiny.

Less than expected….

Manage your expectations. Hotel was not what we expected. When we arrived we were taken out of the hotel, across the street to a separate building. The room had no window and there were black pubic hairs on top of the sheets. There was also hair all over the floor.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel 77 and it was lovely and cool upon our arrival into reception. All the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and our room was ready 1 hour before check in which was nice. Breakfast at the hotel was great, wide variety of options, juices and hot drinks, and with it being on the roof top was an added bonus. Our room was perfect and the bathroom was big for a city center hotel. Location wise, it was about 30mins to the Colosseum and 1 hour walk to the Vatican. We walked to both to absorb the sights and sounds of Rome. Its also only an 8 minute walk from Rome Termini which was easy with a backpack or wheeled suitcase. Overall I recommend Hotel 77 and hope to go back one day. Thank you

The hotel was not very clean. Our sink was clogged up and couldn’t use it much, the shower was not clean and the beds were really old and hard. Would not recommend it.

Clean and spacious room with great buffet breakfast on roof top. Our only idsue was the room was not prepared for 4 people when we got there and took the hotel staff some time to prepare it! For customer convenience, I hope hotel accept credit card for paying hotel tax rather than requiring a cash payment.
