Room was clean..Location was absolutely the best!! We walked mostly everywhere, we barely used a taxi or uber unless we got caught in some rain. Definitely recommend.

If you have plenty of luggage, stay away from this hotel. There's no elevator and they said it's located on the 3rd floor which is literally on the 4th floor. You have to carry all your stuff from level floor to 4th floor. Stairs are very narrow. Place is super old. But it has a great location.

Great location to stay! Lots of places to eat and tour around! Staff VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! Felt safe! Clean. The internet didn’t work, so plan for that ahead of time or ask before you stay if it’s working. Also, no elevators. Will stay again if we are back!

Great location and friendly staff

Lady that greates us on arrival was lovely. Our room was ready early and very clean. Even though ghere was sliding doors there were rules in place to get a good nights sleep and ear plugs provided. Guest house is in a great lacation just a few minutes walk from the Collaseum. Only down side really was that when we asked for a room clean after 3 days of being there it seemed that only the bed was made as there was still hairs all over the floor, makeup on the towels that had been refolded and clean bed sheets left on the fridge. Dont know if this os in all rooms but the boiler was infront of our toilet so if you're over 5 foot 5 you will hit your head if you forgwt when you get up. Some helpful information; it is a buzzer entrance when you first arrive and have to go up to level 3, but you require a key for the tiny lift

O elevador não estava funcionando, e os quartos dos no 3 piso, portanto foi um sufoco para subir todas as malas, estávamos com muita mala… porém o quarto é bom, bem perto do coliseum, muito lugar para comer perto

When in Rome.

Start here. Lots to do, very near the Cavour Metro stop. Easy access. Lots of eating options and simple to walk once the luggage is at the hotel. We have stayed in this area in the past and really enjoy it.

Perfectly located 3 minutes from the colloseum. Nice bars and small restaurants for snacks and beer very near the hotel. Excellent italian coffeeshop next door! Place is clean and all sanitary worked. Shower has good pressure and always hot water! Nice, clean little fridge. If you don't mind to get your luggage up to the 3rd floor without a lift, I can completely recommend the place! Nice friendly personell, but not always around. For me, not a problem at all! I will book it again for sure.

This was such a welcome place to come to when we arrived in Rome. It was a short walk to the Colosseum and other cultural sites. Important to know is that if anyone has mobility issues, it's on the third floor and there is not elevator. This was ok for us, but could be an issue for others. Lovely staff and friendly calm environment made for a restful time when we needed it.

Los colchones están hundidos, por la mañana temprano hay mucho ruido en recepción y nuestra habitacion estaba al lado, asi que hemos descansando entre poco y nada. El ascensor no es de uso del hotel, con lo cual subir 3 plantas cargados de naletas pues... como que no.

Room was sufficient, bathroom was clean, however our blanket had a small stain. The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors walking in and out of their rooms. Keep in mind you have to take 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. Ok place to stay if you're out most of the day and just there to sleep.

The property itself was great however, the building was having exterior construction of the wall and every morning at 7am they would start hammering the exterior wall against our bed waking us all up in the room. I wish they either knew this was going to be happening so we could be warned or have it posted prior to booking the property. Property was clean and service was great though. Nothing against the actual accommodations.

Everything is amazing, in the heart of the downtown and very clean. However, the owner should mention on the website that the guest house is in the third floor and there is no working elevator, the room and bathroom are slightly smaller than in the picture.
