It was kept very clean. There was lovely free coffee and buiscuits every day. I could not get the tv to work as some nights we were exhausted with walking so wanted to just relax with a look at the news etc. I would definitely recommend as very near to all tourist attractions

Great place to stay, very clean and quiet.

The stay was great, the place is close to the Vatican and to the Metro station. The stay there was very good The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Muy limpio, bien ubicado y decorado, tiene agua, cafe y tés ilimitado en la cocineta y la persona que te hace el check in via mensaje muy amable y servicial nos ayudo a conseguir taxi de confianza en horario de madrugada y siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria pronto a hospedarme ahi.

Check out time is early, don't declare that you have baggage storage, bikause you don't. To leave the luggage out the room it is not save solution. Nice place to be in Rome for 2 days.

Good value property!

I was travelling solo & it was important to me to feel safe. This is a self check in situation for the most part with the use of codes & a drop box for the key which was a little confusing for me but once I was checked in everything came together. My room was very clean & modern in styling. The bathroom fixtures were very attractive with a wonderful rain head shower. My room was cleaned every day & almost by magic the most delicious pastries were left for me on my little fridge. I felt safe in my room & in the neighbourhood as well. A fresh market was half a block away as was a bakery. Short walking distance from the metro & the Vatican. Great location yet quiet night & day. I would stay here again. Very good value.

O melhor room que ficamos na viagem inteira. É tudo muito novinho, bem arrumado, organizado, limpo. O rapaz que faz o check in é bem atencioso e gentil. Tinha água, suco, uma máquina com café, chocolate, leite, tudo a vontade! A localização fica bem próxima do Vaticano. Adoramos, super recomendamos.

Perfect stay for your city trip

Elenoire rooms & suite is a great place to stay for your city trip to Rome. Within 10 minutes to the St. Peters Square and also other tourist sights are within walking distance. Although the reception is only manned part time, you'll get very clear instructions on how to check in. The room (we had the suite) is large, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The surroundings are pretty quiet and the good bed secures a good night's sleep. No extensive breakfast, but some sweet cakes. Free coffee and tea throughout your stay Well recommended!

Very clean and efficient method to get in. In the check in instructions, please mention that the customer has to call onto a 'phone number's as I was confused with the first number to call especially if you're international and can have roaming charges.
