A very quiet and cool little piece of comfort in busy and noisy city. It's right in the heart of town and you can walk most anywhere and public transportation is close as well.

Pleasant Stay!

Very satisfied with the hotel and our stay! The owners offered good communication with need to know information. Good location as only a 2 minute walk from Manzoni Metro station, which is 2 stops from Termini, and then 20 minute walk to Colosseum. The room itself was very clean! Shower a little cramped, and walls a little thin, however we had a pleasant experience. The breakfast tickets for Cafe Ciamei were welcomed, with them offering delicious coffee and croissants. For a 2 Star rating, we have absolutely no complaints, and would stay again! Grazie!

Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom, shower a bit small though. Use of kitchen area nice, light and airy with doors open. Would have liked a teapot and would have liked to be able to cook basic food ie boiling eggs etc; but no pans and cooker hob not in use. Coffee machine good and fridge handy. Was really nice to be able to leave our bags in the office all day before our late evening flight. Generally very impressed.

This was a wonderful stay for us, with the most hospitable and friendly hosts, Christiano and Manuela. We enjoyed walking around, felt completely safe and there’s no shortage of food options. The hotel has a breakfast arrangement with a wonderful cafe two doors down, and we always felt welcome there. Fair warning: If you can’t stand thin walls (which is a norm in buildings like this in Rome) that will allow you to hear the noises from other guests, book another, regular hotel that is not a B&B. We were out and about most of the time, so it didn’t bother us at all. We liked the fact that the hotel is a 10-min walk from the Coliseum and one block away from the metro station, which made our movement around the city easy. Thankful to the hosts’ and city hospitality and would definitely stay there again.

原本是與接待人員約了晚上入住，不過因為行程有所更動，打電話給接待人員時，他很快地就抵達了酒店接待我們入住。房間內部是很不錯，但是好幾天都沒有人打掃也沒有換毛巾浴巾，洗頭髮和洗臉的用品只是給小小包的，洗個頭用一包根本不夠，十分不方便，要住這間酒店大概自己帶沐浴用品較理想。 最後一天清晨六點我就得離開前往機場，當時因為人非常不適，便寫訊息要求請聯絡計程車司機晚二十分鐘來接，但立刻接到回應說 It is not possible. 所以我必須拖著不適的身體上車前往機場，我覺得這點若是能夠有點彈性會比較好。

一个没有招牌的家庭酒店

住过很多家庭酒店，国内、国外，但都会有个招牌，但这个酒店没有，由于飞机晚点到酒店已经晚上11点，看不到招牌，机场巴士把我载到一个居民楼前停下，吓得不敢下车，酒店老板道是给我来过电话，因为自己英语不好，没接，没想到他是要约在楼前等我们，阴差阳错的，等了半小时找到老板，告诉我们确实是在这，才下来走进居民楼，说实话，进大门后感觉还不错，房间是标间性质的，还有小厨房啥的，道也干净，但我们房间安排靠街，很吵，不敢开窗睡觉，早餐不是老板自己准备的，而是到街区的一个咖啡馆送一杯咖啡、一块蛋糕，纯意大利式早餐，没吃饱。

Spacious room and bathroom. Great bed. I especially liked all the furniture to put your stuff! Common kitchen area. Bus and metro stops nearby, as well as a couple of good restaurants and some small stores. (Got a phone stolen in the packed metro) All communication was handled by text messages, worked well.

Mooie B&B op een handige locatie. Je bent zo in het centrum van Rome en staat ook snel op het centraal station. De buurt is wat groezelig maar voelt overdag erg veilig aan. Alles is in de buurt, prime restaurant, koffietentje en winkeltjes in de straat. Kamers zijn schoon, wel erg gehorig. Eigenaar is erg gastvrij en de self check-in werkte perfect. Kan deze plek zeker aanraden!

Bedroom was Perfect. Just slightly problems with a toilet. No carpet in the bedroom, it’s a nice wooden floor. Need to bring your own slippers and maybe robe. I had a shower, After that I wanted a nice hot drink in the evening after a long walk in the Rome. Kitchen is next door, nice small kitchen. So I needed to jump back in to my clothes Just to go to make cup of tea. People who is working there was so friendly

테르미니 역에서 걸어가기엔 조금 먼 거리입니다. 침대 매트리스가 고르지 않아 예민한 분들은 잘 때 불편할 수도 있을 것 같아요. 건물이 낡은 것에 비해 잘 관리가 된 편이지만 화장실은 조금 더 관리가 필요할 것 같습니다. 그리고 커피포트는 정말 더러웠어요! 제가 10분 넘게 씻어서 사용하려 했는데 깨끗해지지 않더군요. 방 열쇠, 집 열쇠, 대문 열쇠 등 다 따로 있어서 보안은 철저하게 되구요. 호스트는 매우 친절합니다. 아침은 근처 카페에서 커피와 크로아상 하나 줍니다. 매일 청소해주고요, 수건은 이틀에 한번씩 바꾸어줍니다. 아주 추천하지는 않지만 나쁘지 않은 숙소입니다.

Nette kleine Unterkunft. War schwer zu finden. Hausnummer war nicht angeschrieben. Dennoch war der Empfang, wie wir es gefunden haben, sehr Herzlich. Frühstück zwar ausserhalb und ein bisschen mager (Heißgetränk und ein Gebäck) aber auch Nett und Freundlich.

Fantastische bed and breakfast

Een heel goed gelegen bed and breakfast, zeer dicht bij het Volosseum en andere bezienswaardigheden. Op 200m van een metrostation wat ook zeer handig is. Persoonlijk niks op aan te merken, zeer tevreden enkel het lawaai van de mensen in de kamers naast ons en op de gang is zeer goed hoorbaar dus dit is een minpuntje.
