This property was very nice and close to main attractions. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say is that we were really hot because there is no AC, and Rome in July is very hot.

My kids and I were in Roma for 4 days. We stayed at the appart and were welcomed very friendly by Kartica. Very well located. I got to say that water was not often very warm or hot and we were three to take a shower so not convenient. Also, it is a small room with a toilet. Kitchen and entrance are shared with 2 other rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, safe area and clean.

Muna was absolutely an amazing host. Muna knew the best places to eat, the easiest way to get to the Colosseum and also picked me up from the airport which made my life so much easier we also got to sit and have coffee together! Thank you for your hospitality. I would like to suggest maybe putting up some towel hooks.

The host is just wonderful!! It's not a true B&B. No breakfast. There is a kitchen with microwave sink small fridge. Kettle. No stove to cook on. Shared with 2 other guest rooms. It was a very comfortable place to stay. Close to many things and grocery store.

Clean, quiet rooms in Esquilino

This is more like a good hostel than a hotel. It is very quiet and clean. There is a shared kitchen. The manager is responsive and communicates well in English and Italian. As others have remarked, it is a half basement with windows.

A visit to the Vatican

Manu was very helpful with directions and information. The room was very small. One chair and no table even in the kitchen area, the window was very high up on the wall and the screen had a hole in it so if the bugs were out you had to close the only window in the room. Great location.

this is a good option if you need a short stay in rome that's close to public transit and other POI's, there is no AC so if you're sensitive to hot weather i wouldn't recommend it. the bed was comfortable and clean. for the price its fair, but if you want something for longer periods i wouldn't recommend it.

Perfect!

Lovely property, perfect location, and wonderful owner who speaks English fluently. Muna was very friendly and helpful during our stay. 18-minute walk to the Colosseum, a 7-minute walk to the Basilica di San Giovanni, and a 4-minute walk to a supermarket, some restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops. The room is comfortable and clean. The shared kitchen with a microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee and tea-making facilities is definitely handy.
