This property was very nice and close to main attractions. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say is that we were really hot because there is no AC, and Rome in July is very hot.

guess it was OK. Didn't realize the small kitchen facilities were shared with two other rooms. Couldn't get TV to work. Owner very nice but wish she were more accessible.

Everything else is great except the airconditioning is a must in summer! staff s great as well. The toilet is needing overhaul as at times it gets smelly
