The property was very ornate with beautiful art and period italian charm. Staff were pleasant and acommodating . Breakfast self-serve on terrace was very nice. Not much to do in the hotel , but we were out most of the time . The outside of the property had limited space and outlook. The showers took a while to heat up and a bit .Overall good quality and value for money.

We had an excellent experience during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and we immediately felt at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the jacuzzi. Despite our late arrival from Interlaken, Switzerland, Marius, the receptionist, facilitated a seamless check-in process by providing clear instructions on self-check-in procedures. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, offering fresh white towels daily and a satisfying breakfast with numerous options. The bus stop was conveniently located just a 3-4 minute walk away. Throughout our 3-day stay, Marius demonstrated exceptional dedication to his duties, attending to our needs despite the absence of another staff member due to illness. Thank you, Marius!

The staff was friendly, howver, we had no water due to a busted pipe just outside the gate. We were offered anything to compensate. We couldnet even get water to flush the toilet. No shower at night, no wzy to brush our teeth or wash our hands and face, no way to flush the toilet, no shower in the morning, this lasted almost 24 hours. They wouldnt accept any responsibility or refund anything. We are going through e pedia for a refund now. No breakfast 2 out of 3 days a d the last day was some mezt abd cheese laid out on a board fruit was inedible, package biscuits were hard. Room was not as advertised in the pictures. It was a plain room that we dudnt even see in the pics. The AC could not keep the room cool bevause when we would leave for the day the electricity would stop and the AC could never dissipate the heat built up from the day. We requested a fan and got zero response. No one manned the desk for the energency of zero water and no one answered the emergency number or tesponded to text and emails.

Nice room shocking service

We arrived to be greeted by a pleasant young man, very good English speaking. Unfortunately on entering our room (lovely decor) we realised there were no towels. This was slightly annoying as we were hot and really needed a refreshing shower. We asked for towels only to be told they hadn’t arrived from the cleaner, ended up using bedding to dry off. We then realised although we had a coffee machine there were no pods, we asked for some to be added to the room on exit to go out. These were added whilst out. Next morning no pods again, or cups. We went up for the so called breakfast to be greeted by a guy whom I thought was a guest, no English asking if we wanted coffee, job done. Then he sat down got on his phone and proceeded to chain smoke. Breakfast choices apart from the coffee is shocking, mould, stale, etc. very poor. We went out for the day and returned for said smoking angry man demanding payment for room, I found this very unusual to pay half way through a stay which lead to a google translate heated conversation. Anyway we paid. Then entered room to see no coffee again. Also they don’t supply any water. I know these are only small things but the hotel would be awesome if they just paid attention to these small things.

We had a bad experience with this hotel and do not recommend to book here because of it. Some key information: Our hotel room was not part of the main building, and the hotel room entrance was accessible behind a locked gate. It was not necessary to go past the lobby to enter the room. The safe in the room was already locked when we arrived, and we were not able to open it during our stay. We left the hotel room in the morning and did not return until the evening. When we returned to the hotel, we discovered that the door was open. Luckily, nothing was stolen. We do not know how long the door had been open, but we suscpect it was not closed properly by the housekeeping service during the day. We do not know if anyone else had been in our room during this time. Had the gate to the hotel been left open, anyone could've entered our room and taken our belongings. At this point, our trust in the hotel security was gone and we decided to find another hotel. We talked to the hotel reception about this the next morning and were met with hostility. They resorted to victim blaming and gaslighting. The employee at the reception even accused us of lying and said that the door had, in fact, not been open when we returned. And if it was left open, it was not a problem because nothing was stolen. To their surprise, this did not cheer us up. We promptly checked out of the hotel and found another hotel where the safe was usable and the employees actually had customer service.

El hotel no queda lejos del Vaticano, pero tiene muy complicada su accesibilidad, tienes que pagar taxi, o Uber en la noche principalmente, no te dan agua entonces si no llevas ni modo, la cafetera estaba súper sucia y somos de tomar café, así que fue terrible! El agua de la regadera tarda una eternidad en salir caliente sentía que desperdiciaba mucha agua y en la tasa de baño tuvimos que ver la manera en que no saliera tanta agua y el desayuno pésimo!!!

Es una casa adaptada, con estaciones muy espaciosas, nos encantó. Muchos árboles y a unos metros de una calle principal donde hay muchos cafés y si la sigues a unos 3” minutos está el metro que te lleva al centro y a unos 25 minutos caminando a la basílica. El personal Marius excelente, su café nos salvó la mañana y la terraza en el último piso lo mejor para empezar el día. Volveríamos

Estresante por trato grosero del administrador. Las Habitaciones súper limpias. Pero el resto de las instalaciones con muy mal olor a cigarro. Instalaciones descuidadas. Las gradas externas sin mantenimiento ni limpieza con frecuente basura de cigarro.

Per chi predilige le ambientazioni dannunziane, difficile trovare di meglio. In particolare, se si partecipa ad un evento al Cavalieri, con pochi minuti di passeggiata si ha la possibilità di pernottare con un terzo della spesa ed il triplo del carattere. Ma una dark lady lo amerà comunque.

Отель оказался чуть выше ожиданий:))

В общем все неплохо.В номере было тепло(многие страдают по нему),мы даже проветривали комнату,и комаров кстати после этого не было.Вода горячая тоже была(тоже многие переживают).Завтрак тоже годится. Из минусов:Расположение район хороший,но от центра далековато.Рестораны тоже неблизко,минут 20 до самого близкого,а оттуда обратно вверх топать под "неплохим" углом.Мы часто ездили к Термини(вокзалу).Такси туда-25 евро,обратно в 15 укладывались(для сведения-это сильный минус кажется).Лифта нету,багаж надо поднимать на 2 этаж(или может даже на 3-там тоже есть номер).
