Bathroom adjacent to the room, its not convenient for families with children. You need to walk outside of your room to get an access to the private bathroom. Door knob on the bathroom door was broken. Room was clean, but beds were not ready, when we checked in, we had to pull both sofa beds upon arrival. Very tight area between beds and kitchen area. Decent place, but not recomended for families with children.

Do not choose this residence to stay. The bathroom is not located within the room. You have to walk down a hall and use a key to get in. The door knob to the bathroom is broken and falls off every time you try and shut the door. Additionally, I landed a day late due to flight delays and the room was rented out on the first night that I paid for and the renter would not refund me the money for the night that I paid for in which another guest stayed in. When I finally arrived, the room was not ready. It was still being cleaned from the person who stayed there the night before (which I had paid for). Also, the location is in the rougher part of that area.

Terrible Experience – Misrepresented and Possibly Fraudulent Listing – AVOID AT ALL COSTS What is advertised is absolutely not what you get. I believe this property may be operated by someone intentionally misleading travelers — taking payment in advance and then either making access difficult or impossible, or providing accommodations that are completely different from what’s shown. After considerable effort, we finally got into the property, only to be stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes. When we reached what was described as a "Luxury Double Room with Balcony and City View," we found: • A bed with no blanket or duvet • No mini fridge • No coffee maker • No soundproofing (we could clearly hear other tenants using the bathroom) • No king bed • No bathrobe • No “luxury,” pathetic “balcony”, and no city view It was a complete misrepresentation. I’ve included my own photos for comparison — they are nothing like what the host advertises. We arrived late (10:30 PM) and stayed one night only. The next morning, I messaged the host to inform them we were leaving due to the unacceptable conditions and requested a refund. I received no response. All subsequent attempts to contact the host/manager went unanswered This experience was deeply upsetting and a total waste of time and money. I will be filing a formal complaint with Hotels.com. My advice: DO NOT book this property. It is misleading at best, and fraudulent at worst.
Actual balcony and view - multiple A/C units and water unit, mops and mess - how is this LUXURY???

Scam!!! Beware!!! Worst place to stay ever!!! I message the property before my flight because I read all the negative comments, no response. When we get there it took us 1 hour outside the heat to get inside the building with our luggages. When we enter the front door there are 5 more doors to unlock to reach our room. No front desk to help us. Nobody! When we reach out to the property about how to get inside our room no reply. When we got to our room there is no bathroom in our own room you have to get out the hallway and put on the code to enter the bathroom!!! It’s really a hassle! We wanted to move hotel but the property can’t give us our money back! The rooms codes are all the same and it’s not SAFE!!! No housekeeping our bedroom, bathroom is so nasty and dirty, no trash pick up, no clean shampoo/ body wash, conditioner and toilet paper available! We have to buy our own! There is a fight outside our room that we can hear in our first night. Very unsafe and nasty!!! I accidentally peed outside the bathroom door because I can’t put the right code for the door. Very inconvenient! Worst experience ever!!! No closet No bathrobes/ no fresh towels No housekeeping No toiletries, no toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash etc. All rooms have same codes/ UNSAFE No front desk/ property unresponsive Unsafe there is a man knocking loud in the front door fighting outside our room late at night!!! Bathroom is outside our bedroom. Hard to get in and out of your room and building

Die Zimmerfotos bei der Buchung entsprechen keinesfalls dem Zimmer, welches man bucht - es handelt sich um Beispielbilder. Die Zimmer waren nicht so, wie wir sie gebucht haben (Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden, obwohl auf dem Foto). Die Sauberkeit lies sehr zu wünschen übrig - Gläser und Tassen waren total verdreckt, die Fensterbank komplett gebrochen und ein Handtuch drübergelegt, die Betten verschmutzt, auf den Kissen Flecken, das Bad sehr schmutzig und man fühlte sich gar nicht wohl. Jeden Tag war wohl jemand im Zimmer, der lediglich das Fenster aufmachte - das war's. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und geputzt oder Mülleimer geleert schon gar nicht. Aber der Obergau war, als mitten in der Nacht jemand im Zimmer stand, der den Zahlencode benutzt hat. Absolutes NoGo! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

I made a reservation for dec 31 2024, I arrived to Rome at 9pm. I showed up with my family to the property to find out that there is no front desk. I tried to contact them several times but they never answered or responded to my messages. The person responsible for the property left my family and I outside on the street in a 40 degree weather.
