A good choice for a single traveller. Host Marco was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious as was bathroom (seriously, could get three people in the shower it was so big). Breakfast was courtesy of a bar just down the road and comprised coffee and a pastry. Close to Termini so easy for transportation or just walking around though area is typical of a big station and a bit rough looking but worked for my purposes as only 10mins away from Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. Would stay again.

The room was decent and clean. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the best part of town, but it's close to the attractions. Marco was also a fantastic host, very helpful and kind! I give this b and b five stars!

La camera in sé non era male, ci ho alloggiato una notte, ma la pulizia era molto scarsa (probabilmente sono state cambiate solo le lenzuola), inoltre appena aperta la porta si sentiva la puzza di polvere e lo specchio del bagno era macchiato di dentifricio. Se venisse migliorato questo aspetto, credo che avrebbe del potenziale. (Consiglierei inoltre di segnare la password del Wi-Fi in qualche punto del B&B perché se dimentichiamo di chiederla, non possiamo usufruirne). Per il resto camera silenziosa, servizi igienici completi di set, e buona per permanenze brevi.

Place was ok location didn’t feel as safe every night there was people out on that street braking bottles and that area as well. It was conveniently walking distance to termi station. The room was clean but one day whe room service came in only did beds and floor needed sweeping and mopping so not so clean and shower would get clogged while showering

We enjoyed our stay in buenonotte2 . The room is clean and location is very close to bus Termini where you can take direct bus to the airport. From hotel it is 20 min by walk to the main attractions in Rome. But it is a bit noisy at early morning because of the cars especially if windows opened. Sleep with closed windows is not comfortable due to stuffy air. There is AC but we did not use it in may. The bed is very hard so if you love hard mattress it is the place for you, the pillows are not to high for our liking.They dont provide shampoo and conditioner so take this into consideration. But the staff is very friendly and solve your issues very fast. Apartment is on the 4th floor but there is an elevator. Overall it was very safe inside the apartment. Definitely recommend to stay here. Thank you Marco!

Location is good if you use the train or bus for the airport. There is no name of the place outside of the building. It’s in an apartment building’s 4th floor. You need to read the name on the bell list. Just use the address to arrive like you go to a friend’s apartment. We stayed 2 nights and saw the owner once when we took the the keys. There was neither toilet paper nor shampoo. There were hair on the wall of shower. Next day a lady came for cleaning with no English. I asked for shampoo, she gave shower gel. We couldn’t use WiFi because we had forgotten to ask for the password. The breakfast is given in a cafe which is 3 blocks far away and you are not allowed to sit down on a table but stand on the counter, and it’s only a cup of coffee and a croissant.

I waited 20 minutes to get checked in, waiting sitting in the stairs, thank God someone came inside and let me in to wait by the door. But its very convenient with 3 min walk from Rome termini.
