We spent five nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The location was excellent, with all the major attractions within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. Our room was cleaned every day by the friendly and attentive housekeeping team, and everything was kept lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to enjoy it. We would especially like to mention Simone, whose service was exceptional. He was so pleasant, friendly and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. We would definitely stay here again! Jim & Janet

The staff were very nice, helpful, & accommodating. The building seemed older & like they tried to freshen it up with new things. I liked the mirror in the bathroom & everything was good but it wasn't the cleanest room(visible dust around bed, & other things I noticed like older wall in shower & older under side of toilet seat. But overall nice location, it's easy to walk around to sites/shops, etc. & a fine place to stay.
