Top service level experienced

Super helpful staff in reception, taking care of problems with ease. They managed to get the bathtub functional which made the day for the kid having a special bath time at night. It's a really good hotel to stay at and good position to explore room from.

This was a great palce to stay. The room was bigger than i expected and very clean. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast crew who were wonderful. I woukd recommend and definitely stay there again.

Nice Hotel & Walking Distance to Vatican City

Really nice hotel and walking distance to Vatican City which was fantastic. The staff was super helpful and there was always someone at the lobby to offer assistance. The cleaning lady was also super friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile.

We loved the location and we had stayed there about 17 years ago as well. We thought it was fun to stay there again. We just wished that the air conditioning worked a bit better. Reception staff was very helpful with getting us taxi's and all. Francesco was the best!!

The location was good. The staff were incredibly sweet and service-minded. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated, Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

We were so pleased with our stay here - the staff were wonderful, friendly and great with our kids and the hotel itself was just what we needed. Breakfast was plentiful without being overwhelming, the room was clean and spacious and regularly cleaned for us, the location was great - a stone’s throw from the Vatican and a seven minute stroll to the metro. All for a very reasonable price. Couldn’t fault it, if we come back to Rome we will be back!

Great stay

For the location and the money I must say that this was one of the nicest hotels in Rome. The location made it incredibly easy to access public transportation, which was a significant advantage. I was fortunate enough to be assigned a lovely room with a balcony and a street view, which added to the charm of my stay. The breakfast offered was excellent, providing a variety of options to start the day right. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. I would also like to commend your staff, especially Francesco, who was exceptionally helpful. He provided valuable advice regarding transportation and was always willing to assist with any questions.
