Great location, short walk to termini. Lots of shops, restaurants and breakfast places on same street. Room was big, bed comfortable and bathroom/shower was great. I would stay again for sure.

It was perfect for us. Simple but had everything we needed. It was close to the the train station and buses. We were able to walk everywhere and able to find restaurants that were very good nearby after a day of exploring. Definitely would stay again

Clean, comfortable place to sleep for a few nights before our departure. Shared kitchen/eating space in center of flat. Private bedroom with en suite bath was very comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Excellent air conditioning.

A hidden gem of an apartment in Rome! Beautiful, clean, newly renovated, spacious room on a relatively quiet street in a great part of town. Our host was very responsive when we needed a couple of things. The common kitchen area was perfect for sit tea he of leftovers and coffee making in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was very good just a couple of minutes from the train station, easy to find using the directions tool on Expedia, couple of nice restaurants just outside of the property for a Pizza and a drink

Amazing place to stay. Clean, tidy, brilliant facilities (shared cooking area, fridge, very well equipped kitchen). Location couldn't be better, 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Walking distance to many tourist sites. On top of all that, a great host!

Great location, spacious room. We were able to check in early without a fee, which was great because we were coming off an international flight in the morning.

What I loved about this property is the walking distance from Roma Termini (train station) and to many other tourist sites. My mom and I felt safe walking late nights and early mornings to and back from the train station. I would book my stay here again.

Very clean and modern. Seems it was recently built. Location is convenient, close to Termini Station if you come by train or bus from the airport and if you need to take another train somewhere else in the following days. The area is very touristy so it was hard to find a good restaurant. The food hall at Termini, "Mercato" is excellent though. I ate there mostly.

Pros: - AC is ice cold - bed and pillows are super comfy - location is excellent - plenty of places to visit or eat at within short walking distance - staff was great Cons: - shower was ice cold or scalding hot, no in between so that was a bummer. - water pressure for the hot water could be better, it was barely a trickle when I was trying to take a hot shower but the cold water would come on periodically without warning - extra toilet paper should be made available to guests in case the ones in their rooms run out.

This is a beautiful guest house. The owners, Valeria and Roberto will give you instructions to access the house and the room. Make sure you contact them via phone upon arrival. There is not a front desk as this is a guest house. I think they also sent instructions prior to your arrival. I missed mine. Very clean, comfortable and close to all the main sites walking. We loved it!

It was extremely well located, only a few blocks from the central Rome train terminal, museums, and necessities, like pharmacies and grocery stores. There were several excellent restaurants close by. Roberto and his wife were very helpful and made excellent suggestions for places to go. It has great air conditioning and even a towel warmer in the bathroom. The kitchen facilities were wonderful to have and contained everything that was needed to use them. It does have an elevator. The guest house is on the second floor, but there are six steps to get up to the elevator from the street level, so it is not handicap accessible.

Really sweet host. The room is nicely spacious. The only negative thing is that the rooms are very noisy, and you can hear all the other guests. The ventilation is also quite loud.

Gaeta house is similar to a dorm. You enter into the shared main room/kitchen, and the individual guest rooms branch off of it. Our room was very clean, and comfortable. Roberto answered questions promptly, and graciously let us leave our luggage in the room before check in time. The kitchen area has a coffee maker, and they provided coffee pods for it which was so helpful. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked really well. We could hear noise outside at night. And a couple of times other guests came in late at night talking and laughing. Those aren't things the owners can control, but if you're a light sleeper, you should be aware of it. It was centrally located near the train station. We had no problem getting transportation or walking everywhere we wanted to go. Roberto was kind enough to let me know to avoid the restaurants on the street below the room, as they charge too much and aren't that good. We found lots of other restaurants in the neighborhood that were very good and reasonable.

It was a cute property but there was only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and one towel and two hand towels for 2 people for 3 nights. We repeatedly tried to contact them to find out where they wanted us to put the keys at checkout and didn’t get a response until after we had left. Our third day we were napping and a man unlocked the door and came in. He said it was his room. We have stayed at many places and there is always toilet paper and a stack of towels. Check out has always been crystal clear since the manager isn’t on site. It was a nice place and the beds were wonderful. They were down a side street that was quiet. There were several restaurants. It is close to the train station which is the hub for all kinds of transportation through the city.
