We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Great location in the heart of the city and yet quiet inside the suite. Staff were very nice and helpful. Apartment was super clean and pleasant. Would def stay here again for sure.

Más no se puede pedir. Atención de 10 por parte de Nicola i Gerald. En todo momento estaban cuando lo necesitaba. Super centrico, limpio, comodo. Al lado de la estación de metro ( 2 min andando) i en el meollo de Roma. Totalmente aconsejable al 100%

Superb. All the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make sure you had a delightful stay especially Nicola. The location was excellent for sight seeing and rooms were big and very comfortable. Everything you needed for a great Roman holiday.

We had such a beautiful time! We would absolutely recommend to friends and family. It was in the perfect location! It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, Spanish steps and near by piazza’s. The room was beautiful, very clean & comfortable. Wi-fi connection was very fast. Gerald and other staff were very tentative, friendly and helpful.

Great location close to all major attraction in Rome & the Metro! We will stay here again next time. Great location close to Metro station, walk to major attractions in Rome, lots of restaurant near by and gelato places. The Hotel is next to Spanish Square you literally walk out of the one of the major attraction each morning! We appreciate drinks and snacks free in the minibar. AGH Babuino is on the 4th floor and we had a sunny room.

Our stay was wonderful, with a fantastic location, comfortable amenities, and easy access to Rome's iconic landmarks. We like the fantastic location. AGH Babuino is right Spanish Steps, with the Spagna Metro station conveniently next to it. There are many delightful restaurants to choose from, and the hotel is surrounded by luxurious high-end shops. Rome's landmarks are within easy walking distance. The room was clean and very big with a living room and a bedroom. They provide drinks and snacks in the minibar for free.

Very nice stay just near Spanish steps. AGH Babuino Suites Roma were amazing. The location was literally a few hundred meters from the Spanish Steps and within a half walk of many major historical sites. The security of the building was great. We could hear no noise within or from outside. The room was lovely appointed and so clean. The room was very bright, because it was on the fourth floor. We would come again!

Great stay! The room I stayed was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The building's location is also excellent. The receptionist Nicola was incredibly attentive, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and welcoming us with thoughtful treats in the room. Our communication with Nicola by phone was very efficient, and we encountered no issues. Highly recommended! Nothing

Perfection! 10/10 would recommend. Literally right in the center, everything accessible on foot, 1 minute to Spagna or Piazza del Popolo. Restaurants and shops right next door. Beautiful new rooms with everything you need. Nice and clean, good in size. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Great value and the hosts were excellent - quick to respond and help with recommendations from restaurants to tours to activities 10/10 experience, collected such great memories on this trip.

Highly recommend, it is the best stay in Rome.The room is perfect to stay in for a mini break. Your are in walking distance of all shops & Metro. It is about 10 minutes walk to the Trevi Fontain and 15 minutes walk to the Pantheon. The room is luxurious and well curated, a very comfortable bed. 4th time in Rome. Best location and accommodation yet. Rooms were so clean. Bed super comfortable and bathroom was immaculate. We could also watch on the TV international channels!

Will get back to Rome and will try again AGH Babuino. We had an incredible stay at AGH that is near the Spanish Steps! The space of the room and the bathroom exceeded our expectations, a rare find in such a central location. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Rome’s best area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend! It was great.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Rome, just steps away from the iconic Spanish Steps. The location couldn't have been better. The room was spotless. We spent a perfect night here and we could not be more happy! Great location, the room was very clean and beautiful. The room had a very good view with all the facilities. A perfect place to visit Rome. It was a fantastic location, room was extremely spacious to house 2 teenage boys and myself. Highly recommended if you are independent travellers. Everything was perfect! Location, service, the apartments are new, modern and stylish. Communication with host was brilliant and helpful. We should spend more days, if back to Rome will be back to the apartments for sure

Excellent Stay! Highly recommended I wish I could give a 20 out of 10. The rooms look exactly like the pictures and the location is perfect! It took us about 1 min to get to the Spanish steps and about 10mins to Trevi fountain by foot. We have been traveling along Europe and by far one of the best stays I’ve had so far in Europe. The location, safety, hospitality, rooms, everything was perfect! Highly recommended! Everything was perfect!

Fabulous guest house experience. Superb location just off the summit of the Spanish steps. Trevi, Pantheon, Villa Borghese all within a short distance. Note: if you are taking the metro with heavy bags, take the lift at Spagna station on the left-hand side just before you exit to avoid carrying them up the Spanish steps (was a good workout for me!). Nicola is a superb host. In my opinion, if you're not familiar with Rome, this is a much better option than a hotel since you have direct access to local knowledge with Nicola. His comms were first class. The room is larger than your typical hotel room. The wardrobe was very big. Open the windows for fresh air and it's not noisy considering how central you are. There are taxis driving up the road outside and a taxi rank about 30 meters towards the Spanish steps. This was very useful for grabbing a taxi to the airport when leaving. Otherwise, the metro station is a few meters further.
