Think twice about staying here. They only offer bread and coffee as breakfast. Blaming covid for lack of staff....covid is over people. This place is filthy and the cleaning fumes are toxic. Owner says the only use soap and water....sometimes bleach. Ive never used cleaning products that smelled this bad. Did not stay and advise you to think twice.

As we have started to give breakfast and I had an employee get COVID so this a substitute to full breakfast oppose to offering nothing. Only issue I had was my door lock was NOT working as it should have as I had to walk back to the receptionist desk to have it re-keyed each night that I was staying although within the motel database, they already had my reservations and payment captured for the entire of my stay. That was the only thing bothersome to me on an otherwise great stay!

I was quite disappointed when, checking in, the charge was much higher than quoted on line. I had reserved a single bed. None were available. I was told $20 for the small dog and had to pay $30. I was quite disappointed when checking in. The price online was not the same. I paid substantially more. Also the price for the dog was more than quoted.

The entry door had a 1/2 space between the frame and the door, I could see the parking lot light shine through the door. This caused the thermostat to kick on every 2 minutes since the draft was cold and the heater kicked on. The bed sheets I pulled back hat stains on them which I don’t want to guess what kind. Black long hair in and around the bathroom floor, and the shower head was so plugged of lime scale that no water could pass. Old worn out mattress to top it off. Terrible and never again. Looking for a refund from Expedia! Do not stay there!

The motel itself is rundown but fine enough for an EconoLodge. I did find roaches in the room. And had very noisy neighbors. The building itself was fine enough. Lots of damage and wear and tear. The AC worked. The tv was good enough. The bed was neither comfortable nor uncomfortable. It was fine. The staff was incompetent but kind. Parking was ample. There is a Dennys and Waffle House within walking distance. If you stay at the motels just a few minutes up or down the highway you can avoid the extra $100, which still hasn’t been returned well over week later, that they demand on checkin. If you’re traveling on a budget AVOID this motel. The rate may be a few dollars higher elsewhere, and it is absolutely worth those few dollars to stay elsewhere.

As we will contact our pest control company to checkout and as nothing was mentioned at the front desk either. We take a hold of 100 for incidental on credit card, from a third party reservation as we are paid by the third party so any incidentals need to be covered by the guest. Extra fees are their scan!
This was just a one night stop on our travels back home. Selected this property as it was pet friendly, near the interstate, and inexpensive. When checking-in, wow! So many additional fees were added that we could have stayed at a 4 star property. While the desk clerk was very apologetic and as nice as could be, this business practice was a major issue for me. It was not about the money as much as the fees.

We charge 20.00 per pet, per night. The reservation states this information is on expedia.com website when you made the reservation, we apologize it was a surprise to you. I booked this for the same day. Since it was 2 am it automatically went to the next day. I did not need this for the next day. At first the location would not answer the phone so I could make this change. Once they did, they refused to change the date. So they stole over $70 from me by refusing to make a simple change 5 minutes after booking this. What a total scam. They could have easily made this change so I could sleep instead of driving 2 hours almost asleep on the road because after that I couldn’t afford to book another property. The reviews are terrible-dirty sheets and many other things. Why is Expedia using a property like this?

The maintenance person went to fix the a/c unit it was fixed. In regard to smoke smell it was a non smoking room. In regard for the refund, we offered to exchange the room but you refused. This is for sure the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. I DONT recommend this place. With i went to check in they asked for multiple credit cards. There beds are disgusting because they don’t clean them they just remake the bed with the dirty sheets. The room smells disgusting I couldn’t sleep because of it.

Expensive for what you get. Run down and extremely basic. Door didn't close properly and had big gaps between the door and facing. Springy, worn mattress, but nice pillow. Lits of light pouring in through the floodlight outside. No breakfast. Not sure why motels in this area are so pricey for such a run down strip.

1950’s charm and convenient.
It was just off the expressway and close to several restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. It was a mid-century modern 1950’s style place that I found charming. The room was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was only coffee and a few snack bars so don’t stay there for the breakfast.

We found partially eaten french bread in our top dresser drawer. It was from April 7th. So the room is not cleaned well. We also found hair clips by the end on the left in one of our rooms. Also there is no breakfast, even though its still advertised with complimentary breakfast.

Misleading
The pictures are definitely misleading looks like they've remodeled one or two rooms and the rest are still outdated. We reserved a queen size room and asked for it to be on the ground level and once we got there it was on the second level on the back side of the building so we had to walk upstairs and being disabled. We asked to switch to a different room that was on the ground level and told it was more charge. The bed wasn't that bad but everything is still outdated unlike the photos that are on the website.
