「Fantastic hotel. Competent and friendly staff. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the entire facility. Bonus that rooms have vinyl plank flooring. I feel carpet is disgusting in hotel rooms. I didn’t have to question any cleanliness here. I constantly saw staff providing upkeep to common areas. Lobby offered games, like Uno, for my youngest and a billiard table for the older folks. Complimentary breakfast was great. Every morning there was automatic made pancakes, 4 varieties of cold...

「Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast range, and just a pleasant stay overall. Even though the elevators were down at the time due to maintenance, they were able to accommodate me by getting me a room on the first floor. They didn't have a rollaway available, but everyone was still comfortable. Overall it was still a great experience. I will be staying there again. 」

「Arrived at 3pm expecting to check in. Room was not ready for another hour or so. This was a little upsetting as I was tired from my trip and wanted to relax. Reception staff was pleasant. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing for Hilton properties. the only fresh fruit was 2 oranges. Biscuits were stale. Overall, it was a nice visit to Raleigh」

「Clean hotel, with nice rooms and amenities. No restaurant in hotel, but plenty of dining options in the area. Lobby did have beer/wine for purchase, which was nice option. Booked for one night business stay, and no complaints.」
