「The fit and finish furnishings decor were all outstanding, location on the river just added to the experience」

「Zimmer mit dem Charme der morbiden 80er Jahre. Nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Schreckliches Badezimmer. Dusche mit einen Einstieg höher als 30 cm. Laute Lüftung. Zimmerlautstärke funktionierte nur teilweise. Tür ließ sich kaum schliessen. Service war überfordert. Frühstück war gut」

「Very nice hotel in suburb of Köln. Easy to get to the city and the regional train is only a 10 min walk from hotel If that much. Has elevator but no AC.」

「Top Location 」

「This is thé worst hotel/ apartment I have ever stayed, especially paid so much for each night. The only good thing for this apartment is they have taxis downstairs during the day time, and restaurants and shops very close. But the apartment itself not worthy that amount of money we spent. These are the reasons: - We had 2 people staying there, but only given 1 pair of keys which super inconvenient to us. Especially all the entrances need key to get in: - the check- in is in another location,...

「房間沒打掃乾淨,廁所沒衛生紙,房間隔音也不好」

「Just a bit of walking distance but the main station. Other than that everythings good. 」

「Bathroom smells like urine. 」

「The service is really poor. We hung the card outside the room for 2 days and especially talked to the house keeper guy that we need room cleaning on the 2nd day, but still not done. They claimed we didn’t hang the cleaning request card correctly but in fact we did. N even on the 3rd day after room cleaning, the used bedsheet was hung on top of the TV without taking away. 」

「My room features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom is large and modern. There's also a second TV in the bedroom, both of which can sync with my iPad—perfect for cozy movie nights. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and right next to the exhibition centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a fantastic place to stay.」
