"German was so professional and pleasant! We really enjoyed our stay! It was family friendly with great breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. And the public restroom was also very comfortable and convenient to access. "

"The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded."
