"One of the best airport hotels I've been to. The staff makes the lovely place even better. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, the lounge areas are super clean and great breakfast. And a really good bar/restaurant with an awesome bartender. Big fan!!! Thank you!!!!"

"Breakfast was COLD. Could not shut the heat in the room off. Only one wash cloth in the bathroom. No obvious attempt to remove the snow from the sidewalk. Check in clerk vigorously chewing gum."

"My family stayed at Wingate by Wyndham Denver Airport and had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived and took the elevator to our floor, the elevator doors wouldn’t open automatically — we had to push the button just to get them to open. When we stepped into the hallway, it smelled heavily of marijuana. When we entered our room, it was freezing. The thermostat read 59°F and it was about 15°F outside that night. The heater in the room didn’t work and only blew cold air. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone in the room didn’t work either, so we had to walk down to the lobby. The front desk told us they were sold out and couldn’t move us to another room, but gave us a space heater instead. Unfortunately, the space heater they gave us didn’t work either. At that point there wasn’t much we could do, so we tried to sleep in a freezing room. The next morning we informed the front desk that the space heater didn’t work and asked if there was anything they could do. The only thing offered was $10 off a future stay if we came back, which didn’t feel like an appropriate solution considering the circumstances. On top of that, the room itself wasn’t very clean and the pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very frustrating stay and not what we expected from a Wyndham property. We will not be back. "
