"The room was not very clean: in the bathroom there were food crumbs on the floor, a pill on the floor by the sink, black mold in the shower grouting, and the toilet seat vinyl was crumbling apart and falling off the toilet seat. Of the three towels provided in the room, one had dirt and a scab on it. Many of the outlets in the room were loose and wouldn’t charge our devices. The outlets on all of the lamps, and some of the wall outlets all wouldn’t work (only the ones near the bathroom and on the other wall would work). The mattress and linens had stains on them. They were definitely very clean and the made was made well, but the stains gave them a dirty appearance at first. "

"I would only recommend this Tru if you’re a super sound sleeper. The HVAC is SO loud and the walls and floors are thin so you can totally hear your neighbors. I didn’t know I would need ear plugs to stay there. That said, it’s totally clean and the staff was great. "
