We reserved 3 rooms... one the door would not close properly and the key would not work. Another room the tv box was broken had to have it fixed...not till next night. Housekeeping does not come in everyday so had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. the breakfast had something to be desired, coffee and juice are there but the other...

「Good stay. Beds weren't comfortable for us - too hard but, room and hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Warm and humid outside the room. We had a longer stay and each day was the same thing. Got old.」

「The hotel is very dated. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable, especially the couch bed. I know that the hideaway beds in couches are traditionally not great. These are exceptionally bad. The room felt less than clean, but I wouldn't call it clean. The shower would lose all pressure (just single drops coming from the shower head) for approximately 35-45 seconds, then return to normal pressure. It cycled like this. The breakfast is ok. The egg station was pretty decent, but the rest of the food...

「In general the hotel is very good. The only place I didn’t like was the swimming pool. Excellent service and breakfast. The room was clean, the location perfect near to the restaurants and place to shopping.」

「POV: from an out of state traveler The cleaning staff was on top of it! Dogs are allowed here , ( I don’t have a dog) and the smell upon entering is such a clean smell , there isn’t any dog smell throughout the whole building unlike some places I’ve stayed in. Clean linens and towels on standby if needed. Key access only! which is nice when you have little ones or just want privacy here not anyone can just come up the elevator at anytime. Fitness area is useful. Nice area to relax , kick...
