This place is adorable. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t get the heater to work and when we messaged the staff, as directed, we got no response. Also the walls are very thin and we couldn’t hear a tv or people talking all night.

Lovely old house that has become a beautiful inn. Walkable to downtown, train station, beach, terrific porch for outdoor afternoon relaxing. Our room “Wide Berth” was clean, spacious and bright, with two comfortable side chairs. Window ac unit was quiet and kept the room at just the right temp. Commin spaces were clean and well decorated.

I had an amazing stay here! The property is lovely and it was so peaceful to have coffee on the front porch in the morning. The room was so clean, spacious and peaceful - and the staff is so friendly and accommodating and super quick in responding to any requests. I can't wait to stay here again!

Another great stay! Close to everything and most importantly, the most comfortable bed! Our room was beautiful and the common areas were enjoyable (first time we ever used them). And the A/C did the trick for this crazy heat wave!

We enjoyed the place and had it pretty much all to ourselves for two off-season nights. The house is beautiful and we walked down to the waterfront to have breakfast both days. it was a very enjoyable stay with easy entry, ample parking and excellent water pressure in the shower.

This is the absolute perfect B&B. It was charming, beautifully decorated, full of amenities, and walkable to all the central sites. The owners were super hospitable and referred us to the perfect dinner restaurant. When they learned my husband and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary, they welcomed us with beautiful red roses and chocolates. Also, the bedding was luxurious and the bath was high end. I would definitely recommend Allison Choate to anyone wanting to stay in Rockport.
