「Wasn’t aware that there aren’t staff on the property 24/7, so when around midnight there was a loud commotion in the second floor where our room was located, that entailed a young child crying/screaming and a man yelling. I went into the hall to see if they were in the hallway but didn’t see anyone so the noise was coming from inside one of the rooms. My adult daughter walked into the hall as well but the crying/screaming & yelling had stopped. It was VERY disturbing and I definitely would...

「Property is an older building and within walking distance of the Southbridge Mall and Hockey arena. Although the mall doesn't have much in it anymore. Parking lot was well lit at night and staff was helpful. Room was clean and ready for arrival, but it had a bit of a stale musty smell. Refrigerator and microwave in room worked fine. For the lower cost and just needing a place to crash at night it worked fine. If you want a place with more frills and amenities this would not fit that expectation....

「It looked as though the hotel was in the process of a remodel. I believe I received a room which was finished. It was quite comfortable and beautiful. I did have a little trouble climbing into the bed. I'm on the short side, and I literally had to pull myself into the bed.」

「We were displaced for a few days due to home improvement project. Our stay was very comfortable during the time we were there. Management and staff were always available for our needs/wants. Breakfast bar provided each morning was good and well stocked. 」

「We had a lovely stay at the Decker House B & B. Cynthia prepared a gourmet breakfast in time for us to make our early morning tour of Mason City sites. Perfectly located a block from our starting point at the library, near the Meredith Wilson childhood home and museum and a few blocks from the Frank Lloyd house and museum. Beautiful interior living room and dining areas. We stayed in the master suite Magnolia room on the top floor. Well appointed room with nice jacuzzi tub and sizable...

「We had booked multiple rooms only to find out there were no rooms for us. The hotel did not notify us in advance that the Travelocity booking was unable to be satisfied. Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed 」
