"There was an order that came from the sink that got increasingly worse. Also our bathroom didn't look like the one on the website."

"It’s a Best Western…. It’s not The Four Seasons. If you understand what that means, and you’re okay without TFS extras, it’s 5 stars. The area was walkable to restaurants and marina front strolls safely strolled 4 nights in a row by 55+ couple we are. Close to downtown, we rode our e-bikes to Gaslamp in the day and the went back for dinner for $13 bucks in an uber. Want affordable SanDiego base for a getaway, it works well. "

"It was an okay stay. From the pictures of our room when booked, it showed a kitchenette. When we arrived, no kitchenette. I don’t like false advertising. The room was okay. We had little gnats and bugs in the room and that was not okay. Elevators not working. It was very noisy around the complex. We heard screaming from someone and yelling from the clean up staff throughout the property. Checking in was good. Check out efficient. It was an expensive stay for the quality of hotel. Very crowded probably due to a lot of people on vacation. "

"Another fabulous stay at this hotel, highly recommend. Breakfast was full of choices...loved the waffles!, area kept very clean and staff attentive. Pool was lovely and refreshing, perfect temperature and very clean. Ideal location to visit local areas of interest, to include U.S.S. Midway, Seaport Village, Old Town etc etc. Will be back, thank you :) "

"We had a great time! The kids loved playing in the pool, and the suite was spacious and gave us so much room to spread out. The location was convenient to activities, and the views from the property were great. I would stay there again!"

"Upon arrival we were sent to the other Sheraton as we were told that is where we were booked. Headed over to the "other" Sheraton just down the road. To be told - we are really sorry but due to work been done we need to go back to the one we wer just at. The lobby was packed and there were not enough receptionist to handle everyone. The wait was about 30 minutes and the ceceptionist I unfortunately got seemed very frustrated and appeared very rude."

"Room was clean other than the funky smell in bathroom. Maybe it was the floor or shower curtain but it was too late and I was too tired to wait for someone to clean after I had already unpacked. Breakfast was good, decent selection. Easy parking, friendly staff and quiet location. "
