The hotel was quiet and the room was clean with all standard amenities. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were affordable. The only drawback is very limited space to pull into the hotel drop off and almost no parking available.

This was the perfect place to stay to be right by Mayo Hospital, affordable, clean, easy parking, and really nice people.

This hotel was an interesting find. The room was nice and had the basic amenities, but since it didn't have an outside window, it had big windows to the hallway, which allowed sunlight to come through from the hallway windows. Breakfast was OK but didn't have the waffle options that many places have. Parking is tight. If you have a large vehicle, you better be a good driver.

The only positive is that the front desk clerk was warm and welcoming. The room had a dank smell, no windows to the outside, and too warm because the thermostat does not control the AC.

Nice staff. Very close to Mayo St Marys, shuttle bus or 15-20 min walk to Mayo main building. Good coffe bar. The room had no windows, it had windows to the corridor that had windows. Comfortable bed.

Lots of construction around property! Hard to walk much less drive. Can’t blame hotel for that. Place was different, rooms had glass walls that faced hallways. With curtain drawn no problem. Good restaurant right next door. With low price we paid pretty satisfied.

Our AC wasn’t working 100%, but the desk staff immediately brought a fan, which helped. This is a great location for St. Mary’s and nice dining places and is moderate walking distance to Mayo. We would definitely stay again.
