The hotel was super nice but there were quite a few little things that could have been better. 1)pool was closed (some kind of notice would have been nice) 2) no coffee in the morning except for what was in the room- I asked for extra creamer but they didn’t have any 3) no ice bucket 4) no microwave ...

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond. The breakfast was better than I expected and there was ample parking. The location was very convenient. An incredible value for the rate! Will stay there again
